  1. Only Irish whiskey I’ve ever really enjoyed is Slane Castle, which I haven’t been able to find in a few yrs. When I was helping a friend open a new brewpub last year, I was hoping to set up Slane as our Irish whiskey of choice. But upon contacting the distiller, they said they are currently renovating the distillery and would not be back in production for a bit.
