Last time I read Pennsylvania liquor code, any sort of vaporizers were expressly forbidden in licensed establishments. But with the laws changing… and PA liquor code now hosted off-site, on a flash-driven site that is not easily searchable… Well, let’s just say I’m not going to sit and re-read PA liquor code for the next 3 days straight. Anyway, the concepts seems a bit silly, though I am intrigued only in an “I <3 SciFi" kind of way.
