    Wow, a measure that would prevent any spirit other than tequila from being produced in Jalisco? So that means that the moment you sprinkle a grain of sugar into your vat of mash, you’d be breaking the law?

    I think the regulation prohibits commercial sale, not personal use. But I’m not as versed on it as I should be.
