    However your Sidecar recipe includes gin, is that just a typo? Otherwise it’s a White Lady I believe.

  5. Wowwee! I can’t believe how far the place has come in just a few short weeks…sounds like things are going very well and we can’t wait to come and taste the drinks and the food! It’s warm and clean, my favorite qualities in a restaurant..really excellent! Keep going, I’ll follow you! Best of luck to all the staff, have fun! love Jen and Francois
