Wow, that looks fantastic!
However your Sidecar recipe includes gin, is that just a typo? Otherwise it’s a White Lady I believe.
Very best of luck with the bar

Yes, typo! How weird that I never even saw that until now.

Congratulations again. We had a great time there last week and will definitely be back. Quail wasn’t on menu when I was there! How great. Thank you.

The space came out beautifully, and the food, and the drinks, are exceptional.
Thank you for your hospitality, and for the delicious “mocktails”..You are doing a great job, and compliments to the chef!!!

Looks fantastic! Heard so much from Sharon, that I may need to make this trip soon to check out the place. I love fine dining! Cheers to you all who worked so hard to get this done – hope to see you soon!

Wowwee! I can’t believe how far the place has come in just a few short weeks…sounds like things are going very well and we can’t wait to come and taste the drinks and the food! It’s warm and clean, my favorite qualities in a restaurant..really excellent! Keep going, I’ll follow you! Best of luck to all the staff, have fun! love Jen and Francois
