Some of the talk about town lately about refusing to serve Cosmos or rum & Cokes has irked me... The business is hospitality. Even privately, I make sure I keep around fixings for my good friends' go-to drinks whenever we get together. Jim makes the point of giving the customer what they want to drink and then giving them what they "should" drink. My favorite part of this segment is that Jim came prepared to make Jimmy and John exactly what they like (G&T) before getting into the nerdy cocktails.
