    My favorite part of this segment is that Jim came prepared to make Jimmy and John exactly what they like (G&T) before getting into the nerdy cocktails. Some of the talk about town lately about refusing to serve Cosmos or rum & Cokes has irked me… The business is hospitality. Even privately, I make sure I keep around fixings for my good friends’ go-to drinks whenever we get together.

    Jim makes the point of giving the customer what they want to drink and then giving them what they “should” drink.
