I also must join Rick in his praise of the photos, great work. On the Corn'n'Oil though, only 1/4 oz of Falernum? No no no, that will never do! Falernum is a wonderful thing! Use more of it! I like to use a 2:1 ratio of rum to falernum in a C&O, personally. Get some of that great clove, ginger, citrus flavor into the drink.
