		<description>I got the recipe from Wondrich&#039;s book, Imbibe. He doesn&#039;t specify what kind of port to use. I&#039;ve been pouring ruby port for this drink and it&#039;s good enough for me. I wouldn&#039;t spend a lot for the port unless you also want something that you can sip, on its own, by your fireplace with your dog at your side and a cigar in your hand. Go low to mid range. I think our bottle cost us $25 or $30.</description>
