		<description>Apologies for working my way through the blog and randomly commenting on old entries... I tried this one tonight, after having it bookmarked for 6 months or so. I used a locally distilled gin, Rehorst, which works wonderfully in G&amp;Ts and Gin Pahits, but for this one, it grabs the spotlight too much. I&#039;ll have to try it again with a gin that&#039;s a little mellower, perhaps my New Amsterdam. It&#039;s not quite such an attention-grabber. :)

But many thanks for your awesome site, Michael. You&#039;re one of the &lt;strike&gt;enablers&lt;/strike&gt; inspirations for my booze blog.</description>
