I tried this one tonight, after having it bookmarked for 6 months or so. I used a locally distilled gin, Rehorst, which works wonderfully in G&Ts and Gin Pahits, but for this one, it grabs the spotlight too much. I'll have to try it again with a gin that's a little mellower, perhaps my New Amsterdam. It's not quite such an attention-grabber. :) But many thanks for your awesome site, Michael. You're one of the <strike>enablers</strike> inspirations for my booze blog.
